Entflow parses every workflow and traces the connections between them: shared properties, cross-enrollments, list references and shared emails. The result is an interactive visual map you can filter by status, object, tag or property, and mark up with a Figma-style toolkit.
When two workflows write to the same property, things break silently. Entflow flags collisions: property write conflicts, circular dependencies, and orphaned enrollments.
Describe a record, or fill in one of your own forms, and see which workflows pick it up, in what order, and how long until each step runs. When one workflow sets the field that enrolls the next, the canvas draws the link and starts the second at the moment of the change.
Every workflow gets an A–F grade from Entflow's own checks for consent, suppression, email spacing and loop risk. Deep AI analysis, metered per plan, reads the whole definition for what those rules can't prove: dead branches, and broken references to deleted emails, lists or properties.
Rebuilding a workflow in another portal by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Entflow copies one workflow, or a whole batch, into the target portal, turned off. Exact matches are mapped for you, close ones are suggested, and anything else waits for your choice.

No. Entflow never modifies, deletes, or touches your existing workflows or CRM records. The one exception is the duplicate feature: when you run it, Entflow creates new workflows as drafts in a target portal you choose, and your source workflows are never changed.
We store your workflow configurations and metadata to power the dependency map, changelog, and conflict detection. We never store your CRM records (contacts, companies, or deals), and we never sell or share your data. You can disconnect and delete everything at any time.
Entflow connects via HubSpot's public OAuth API, which is available on all HubSpot tiers including Free. Workflows themselves require HubSpot Professional or Enterprise - on Free and Starter there are no workflows to map. Entflow maps whatever workflows exist in your portal.

Yes. Individual plans are per portal: each HubSpot portal you connect gets its own plan, trial and subscription, with its own sync history, dependency map, changelog and canvas, all under one Entflow account and switchable from the top navigation. Agency plans cover several portals on one bill (3/10/30 portals).
Every plan gets an A-F grade for every workflow, calculated by Entflow's own rules when your portal syncs - no AI involved. It checks for missing suppression, emails without delays, and more. Deep AI analysis is metered per plan, and the trial includes it.
No - we don't read your contacts or companies at all: not individual records, not field values, not even an aggregate count. We read only your workflow configurations and your property/pipeline definitions (names and labels) - never the data inside your CRM. We store none of your CRM records.
Read-only everywhere except one feature you trigger explicitly: Duplicate to Another Portal, which creates new workflows as disabled drafts in a second portal you own. It never edits or deletes existing workflows and never writes to your CRM.
Read scopes for automation (workflows), your object and property schemas (contacts, companies, deals, tickets), lists, forms, and content - to resolve the IDs inside your workflows into readable names. We do not request read access to your contact or company records, and we do not request HubSpot's sensitive-data scopes. The automation write capability is used only so the optional duplicate feature can create draft workflows.

Disconnecting deletes the stored data + token for that portal. If you're the only user, everything is deleted; if the portal is shared, your access is removed and data remains for teammates until the last person disconnects. You can also revoke Entflow from HubSpot's Connected Apps.
Only when you run Deep AI analysis: the workflow's definition is sent to Anthropic (Claude). Health scores are calculated by Entflow's own rules and are never sent to an AI provider. CRM records are never sent.
